Boards and Structure

Nottingham City Homes is run by a Board.   It has 12 members  all of whom are non-executive directors.  There are 5 tenants/leaseholders members, 3 councillors nominated by the council and 4 independent members, together with 2 co-opted members.

During 2006-7, a review of the Company's governance arrangements took place.  This means that the Operational Boards no longer exist. Instead, the focus has moved towards tenants with an increase in their number.  9 Area Panels have been created to encourage involvement locally linking directly to Nottingham City Council's 9 Area Committees.

These changes took place at the 2007 Annual General Meeting. This year's was held on Thursday 26th July 2007.  You can view the Agenda which also gives you access to the Company's Annual Report.  Prior to this, an Extraordinary General Meeting was held, and afterwards, the first meeting of the Board.  All these details are available from this site.

Pre-July 2007 minutes will continue to be available for archive purposes.
