Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
SPGs were produced under the old Local Plan system to expand on the policies in the Local Plan. These SPGs could be considered as a 'material' consideration in determining planning applications.
To the right is a list of useful publications relating to planning and development. Where possible, publications have been made available to view on the Internet or download as Adobe Acrobat documents.
