What if I lose my ticket?
Information on who to contact if you lose your ticket
If you lose a paper ticket or a ticket issued on a bus or a tram, these cannot be replaced.
If however you lose a travel pass – mango, easyrider citycard, citycard anytime, easyrider citycard<18, easyrider farecard, senior citycard, mobility citycard, 360 citycard, adult citycard all is not lost. Let either NCT's Travel Centre or trentbarton's customer service know you have lost your pass and they can then hot list the card so it can not be used by anyone else.
Your card will be hot listed and you will then need to be issued with a new card (there is a charge for replacing lost cards).
