There's a whole range of FREE or low cost activities for children and young people aged 0-19 years and families on offer in and around Nottingham. Whether you need ideas for things to do and places to go during the school holidays or any other time of the year, visit our what's on website.

*Please note that the Farnborough Sports Sessions on p22 of the Summer Survival Guide will be held in two sessions. Table Tennis will be held from 8.30am until 12pm, with multi sports sessions from 12.30 - 4.30pm. For more information on these sessions please visit the Farnborough Sports Centre website.

Supporting children with a disability to take part

We are keen to encourage and include more young people with a disability into mainstream activities so they can enjoy a positive and fun experience in their chosen sport or physical activity.  We hope to inspire young people to try new sports and enjoy the social aspect of making new friends.

If your child has a disability and/or additional needs and they would like to take part in any of the activity programmes then please do get in touch.  We will be only too pleased to discuss your child's needs, and determine with you the level of support they'll need to get the most out of the activities.

Our sports coaches, leaders and dedicated 'support buddies' will be available to support your child during the activities and will ensure they have a great experience during their school holidays.  Please give us a call for further details.
