• 25m x 6 lane Training Pool
• 10m x 5m Teaching Pool
• 80m flume ride
• Sports Hall marked out for Badminton, netball, volleyball, hockey, basketball and five-a-side football
• Modernised air conditioned Fitness Gym with resistance and cardiovascular equipment, including cross trainers, steppers and wheelchair-accessible equipment.
• Air conditioned Aerobics Studio
• Activity room suitable for meetings, gymnastics and dance
• Park Diner cafe including soft play area
• 1 rubber crumb floodlit pitch
• 1 sand based floodlit pitch
• Activity Room seating up to 60 and suitable for private parties and seminars. We can also provide for your catering needs - events, conferences, special occasions, children's parties and business lunches. The main hall can act as a venue for national seminars and competitions, with seating for up to 600.

Southglade Sports Park

Third generation rubber crumb pitch (Fifa 2 star rating) available for hire. All pitches have floodlights and access to changing rooms with showers. Casual booking can be reserved by Leisure Card/Citycard holders up to 7 days in advance.

The pitch is suitable for moulded blades and moulded studded footwear.

Since the opening of Southglade Sports Park, it has been host to a wide range of activities including:

• Young People – Friday afternoon coaching sessions, approx 30 young people attended from the Youth Inclusion Team and Positive Futures.
• Summer Football Tournament – 30 young people took part in a 5 a-side tournament.
• Friday night football sessions, accessed by 46 young people in the local area.
• Coaching Courses – Football coaching course run by coaches from Notts County Football in the Community. Future coaching sessions include hockey and rugby coaching.
• Coach Education Courses – Level 1 Coaching in Football - 24 candidates and Level 1 Coaching in Hockey - 22 candidates.
• Schools - Central venue leagues for U11s Schools football and Years 7/8 and 9/10 mixed hockey sessions for four Nottingham secondary schools.
• FA Cup Schools Day, sponsored by E.ON – attended by Tony Adams and primary schools from across Nottinghamshire
• Umbro Fives – A national 5-aside tournament, with two teams successfully reaching the Regional finals.
• BBC Your Game - A unique nationwide street football competition organised by the BBC designed to provide new opportunities for young people from socially disadvantaged groups in society.
