Response times to the treatment of pests
Find out here the time-frames for our response to your requests for treatment of pests inside and outside the home.
We aim to respond to requests for treatment of:
- Rats in the home: the same day or next working day
- Rats seen outside the house: within three working days
- Mice in the home: within three working days
- Bedbugs, cockroaches or fleas: within five working days
- Wasps and bees: within 8 working days
