The ISPs work in partnership with our Quality Monitoring Team to ensure they continue providing excellent care. The managers meet regularly with these companies and deal with the issues of opening, adjusting and the closure of cases, complaints, carrying out random spot checks of service users and ensuring a quality standard of Home Care is delivered.
