It is intended that this area of the website will include a Commissioning Handbook for commissioners. This will contain guidance around timelines, appraisal panel procedures, truncated and full commissioning / procurement processes, technical guidance, writing service specifications and learning from past commissioning rounds. It will also have all the template documents you need to progress with a commissioning round and useful links to other websites.

Information for Tendering Organisations

The Commissioning Team would like to ensure that all partners are able to input into the commissioning process and would also want to keep partners fully informed of the latest developments. To this end, the Commissioning Team holds regular briefings with partners to keep them informed of what stage the team is at in the commissioning / procurement process. This page on Nottingham Children's Partnership's website will have dates and minutes of the briefings, draft documents for consultation, live service specifications, information on up-coming tender opportunities and further contact details.

It is also intended that there will be some form of live blog / comments function to enable partners to ask questions. The Commissioning Team should be able to answer those questions and publish answers online for the benefit of all partners.
