Performance
The Children and Young People's Plan sets out the shared objectives, priorities and how they are measured.
The five Every Child Matters (www.everychildmatters.gov.uk) outcomes is a national framework set by the government to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
Performance against Nottingham City Children and Young People's Plan is monitored by Nottingham Children's Partnership Board, which acts as a Children's Trust for Nottingham.
