Children's Empowerment Contract

The Children's Empowerment service specification is being drawn together in Partnership to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young people at risk of poor outcomes in Nottingham City. The issues with which this contract will be concerned are; children in care, domestic violence and parental drug and alcohol misuse.
