Technical information relating to the PDF documents above:

  • Measures have been given a rating of 1 to 4 and assigned a colour accordingly based on their level of performance.
  • Where possible, measures have been given an arrow to show whether performance has improved from the previous year, decreased or not changed.
  • Where measures had already been assigned a rating by external inspection agencies such as CSCI, OFSTED or the Healthcare Commission, these were not superseded by our own ratings.
