CYPP Review (111KB): A written review of the existing CYPP and the progress made since its inception. You may wish to refer to the three appendices provided in support of this document:

Appendix 1 (1130KB): Progress reports on the CYPP action plan, collated as part of the pre-JAR preparation

Appendix 2 (522KB): The JAR self-assessment submitted to the inspection team.

Appendix 3 (83KB): A graphical presentation of the areas for improvement identified within the text of the JAR report

The draft documents listed below were provided to support the review activity and subsequent refresh of the CYPP. These draft documents have been considered by the Shadow Boards, Sub-Partnerships and Working Groups of the Strategic Partnership for Children, Young People and Families. From September, the next step will be to produce and consult on a first and second draft of the refreshed plan.

CYPP R2 (199KB): A high level work programme provided to inform the activity of groups and individuals undertaking particular work as part of the consultation activity

CYPP R3 (186KB): An initial proposal for the structure of the refreshed CYPP document, suggesting section headings and sequence.

CYPP R4 (118KB): An initial proposal for a refinement of the high level key priorities for the refreshed CYPP. This has been discussed by the SPCYPF Board.

CYPP R5 (83KB): A description of the Needs Assessment, how this will be done, and a proposal for a programme of research.

CYPP R6 (250KB): A copy of the revised Grade Criteria published by Ofsted in April 2007.
