The department of Sexual Health and HIV (GUM Clinic) is Nottingham's local centre for sexual health screening and testing. Patients can walk in, or be referred by your GP for advice, counselling, testing and treatment.
The Health Shop is a drop-in service providing advice or support around a wide range of issues regarding substance use and sexual health. The service is free and confidential.
On Bank Holidays and weekends, or when family planning clinics are not open, emergency contraception can also be obtained from the NHS Walk-in Centre.
