To conclude an amazing 6-weeks of October in Nottingham events, the city's biggest FREE bonfire night event is back for 2017
As ever, the event is completely FREE (except the fairground rides).
There are two big fireworks displays at 19:15 and 21:00 (the earlier display being suitable for very young children).
The lighting of the biggest bonfire in the East Midlands will be at 19:45.
It's a great family night out.
This event is expected to be very busy. If you are in a group or have small children, agree a meeting point if you're separated and keep hold of children's hands. Please do not bring your own fireworks or sparklers to this event.
Travelling to the event
The event is held at the Forest Recreation Ground, Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 6HB.
By car: No parking on site except Blue Badge – follow the signs. Alternatively, park in the city centre or at one of the tram park and ride sites, and catch the tram - alight at The Forest.
By bus: Plan a journey by bus
