Terms and conditions for Booking on Network Sessions:

Once members have paid their membership they will be automatically booked on to each network session and as such must let us know if they cannot attend or if there is a change of personnel. This is to ensure that the Early Years team know the number of resources to prepare and the venue has the capacity within its Health and Safety Registrations. Wastage incurs cost so please be aware that a place has been reserved for the above named persons, therefore if they are unable to attend any particular network session and do not inform the EY team your setting will be charged at £20 per person for that session. Similarly, attendance of additional persons other than those named above is not included in the membership fee therefore the setting will be charged at £20 for each additional person; or if the venue does not have capacity and Health and Safety procedures have to be applied additional persons may be turned away.
