Adult Gaming Centres are entitled to make available a number of category B3/B4 machines not exceeding 20% of the total number of gaming machines which are available for use on the premises.
Premises in existence before 13 July 2011 are entitled to make available four category B3/B4 gaming machines, or 20% of the total number of gaming machines, whichever is the greater.
Adult Gaming Centre premises licences granted on or after 13 July 2011 but before 1 April 2014 are entitled to a maximum of four category B3/B4 gaming machines or 20% of the total number of gaming machines, whichever is the greater, from 1 April 2014 these premises will be entitled to 20% of the total number of gaming machines only.
These machines will be strictly for over 18's only and children will not be permitted in any part of the premises.

There will be an annual fee payable in respect of the premises licence issued by the licensing authority. Failure to pay the annual fee will result in the licence being revoked.
You are also required to complete a notice of application that should be sent to all relevant Responsible Authorities
Form A is to be used if there is one applicant only.
Form B is to be used if there is more than one applicant.
