Troubleshooting

  1. I can't hear any sounds
    Does your computer have sound facilities? It needs to have a sound card and loudspeakers or headphones.

  2. Are your speakers or headphones plugged in and switched on?
    Try reloading the web page using the 'Reload' or 'Refresh' commands. (Select 'View' then 'Refresh' in Internet Explorer).

    Some web filtering software can block the MP3 files we use to send the sound. If you are using a computer provided by your employer, they may be using this type of software. If you think this is the case, ask your IT support contact for help.
