Nottingham City Council offer a quality Pest Control Service for a variety of pests including Rats, Mice, Wasps, Cockroaches and Bedbugs, in domestic, commercial and business premises. We can offer one off treatments or ongoing contracts for businesses.

Our Charges for Pest Control Work
A free service for the treatment of wasps, fleas, mice, bedbugs and squirrels is available for domestic treatments to persons in receipt of at least one of the following:
- Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA)
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income Support
- Pension Credit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Housing Benefit
State pensioners or those over 65 are eligible for 50% subsidised rates (except for mouse treatments which are already subsidised).

Method of Payment
Payment may be made by debit/credit card over the phone 0115 915 2020. Cash payments cannot be accepted.
We can identify insect pests that you may have a problem with in your home. If you send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will let you know what they are and advise you on what you can do to eliminate the problem.

*The following applies to domestic Pest Control services:- Access to some City Council services, including Pest Control, requires proof of residency in the city. We are now making this process simpler for all our citizens. From 1 September 2015, if you're aged 16 or over (and eligible to vote), you will need to be on the Electoral Register to prove that you live in the city and are therefore eligible to receive certain resident-only council services.
